How environmentally friendly thermoformed stone paper products

Why stone paper products environmentally friendly

Stone paper products making is particularly prominent in environmental protection. Compared with the traditional papermaking process, the production process does not produce waste water, waste gas, waste residue, and it is a non-polluting green environmental protection project.

In terms of water use, each ton of traditional paper production consumes 100 tons of fresh water, and the entire production of stone paper production process does not require water.

In terms of raw materials, the main raw material of traditional papermaking is forest resources, and the main raw material of the production process of stone paper is coal gangue, slag and other stone materials, which does not consume forest resources.

Handling of stone paper products

Traditional fiber paper can be recycled into recycled paper after being used up to achieve resource reuse. Thermoformed stone paper can also be recycled and reused. After recycling, it can produce darker-colored wrapping paper, and can also be made into various signs and flower pots.

The used stone paper is recycled or treated as garbage. When it is burned into an incinerator, only non-toxic resin can be burned. Stone powder can promote the contact between the resin and the air, accelerate the complete combustion, and will not produce black smoke due to the lack of oxygen and smoldering. There is no toxic exhaust gas after combustion, and the amount of carbon dioxide emitted is very small, which helps to slow down and improve the problems of global warming caused by carbon dioxide.

Even if it is discarded outdoors, the stone paper will automatically embrittle into broken eggshells after being exposed to sunlight for about 6 months, restore the earth and return to nature; buried in the ground for 1 year, it can degrade and become powder, and it will not cause environmental pollution.

Production of stone paper products

For ordinary paper, it may use a lot of water in the production process, but thermoforming stone paper uses almost no water, and the process is never bleached, so the biggest difference between us and ordinary paper is that the primary color of stone powder will affect the color of the paper. For example, coal gangue paper will be slightly black, depending on the purpose of the paper.
